A word from the bride:
Rosette lives up to what the other reviewers have said about their services. They went the extra mile, customised the package to suit our budget, worked on feedback given and told us what could be done and what could not be realistically. Shifaly who was working on our e-invites and montage was very responsive to the feedback we had given to her, and worked hard to suit what we wanted despite the short frame of time she had.
We shared our objectives and what we needed from Hellen and she and her team delivered as promised, and where they could, they went the extra mile.
The frame that they had provided was beautiful and provided a beautiful backdrop for our zoom wedding and for on-site guests to take photos with.
The breakout room for videos was a pleasant surprise for us- we did not really think that it was needed but when we watched the messages recorded, it brought us a lot of laughter :))
Our zoom guests have also given feedback on the clear footages, sound and lighting and praised the virtual zoom host from Rosette too! Although there were some hiccups, Rosette adapted well and worked with my actual day coordinator to ensure that the zoom wedding went smoothly. If I were to get married again (which I wont be!), I will without a doubt engage Rosette for their customer-oriented services.
