Frequently Asked Questions

What does a modern Indian wedding planner in Singapore do?

A good Indian wedding planner does a lot more than show up on the day. We work with you from the early planning stages — helping you figure out your budget, your venue, your décor direction, and your vendor team — all the way through to the actual wedding day, where we’re on the ground making sure everything runs to plan.

Absolutely. Indian weddings often span multiple events across different days and sometimes different venues. We can support you across the full celebration, from the mehndi and sangeet to the main ceremony and reception with consistent styling and coordination throughout.

If you only need help with one event, we can do that too. Just tell us where you’re at and we’ll figure out the right level of support together.

We’ve worked across a wide range of venues in Singapore — hotel ballrooms, country clubs, and outdoor event spaces. Part of what we do is help you find the right venue for your guest count, your ceremony style, and your overall vision before anything else gets confirmed.

If you already have a venue in mind, we’re happy to work within it. If you’re still deciding, venue sourcing is something we can guide you through from the start.

Yes. Our décor work spans traditional mandap setups, contemporary stage designs, and everything in between including fusion aesthetics for couples who want to honour their heritage while putting their own stamp on the look.

We style based on your vision, not a fixed catalogue. Whether you have a clear mood board or just a vague feeling of what you want, we’ll work with you to translate that into a space that actually feels like you.

Yes. We work with Tamil Hindu couples supporting the celebration events around your ceremony, including the reception, sangeet, and mehndi.

Our focus is on the planning, décor styling, and coordination at your celebration venue. Decoration at Hindu temples is not part of our scope, but we coordinate closely with your temple timing so the rest of your wedding day flows without a hitch.

As early as you can, ideally 9 to 12 months before your wedding date, especially if you’re planning a multi-day celebration or need a specific venue or muhurtham date. Popular ballrooms and outdoor venue in Singapore tend to book out quickly, and having a planner locked in early means you’re making venue and vendor decisions with a team behind you, not scrambling to catch up.

That said, if your date is closer than that, reach out anyway. We’ll be upfront about what’s possible.
